I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

As a reminder, we're going through process to align our hearts (spirits) and minds (souls) with God's Promise found in Philippians 4:13 - we can do all because of His Divine Empowerment.

Spend some meditating on what you want and need to do this week. After each task comes to mind, decree that you can do it. If you feel anxiety or fear bubbling up in your soul, command it to hear The Word of God and declare Philippians 4:13 in Faith. If the first time you say it, it doesn't sound strong and your soul doesn't respond, say it again. Keep saying it until His Peace that passes all understanding rests on you. Then give Him thanks and praise because His Word works!
