Last night I was really tired but I didn't want to skip my run. The minimum I needed to reach a milestone on my annual goal was 5km. My personal goal is to run one more km than my previous run until I get to 12; which means I needed to run 7 km because I ran 6 last time. 

Running (like everything) is totally mental - once you train your lungs, that is. So part of me said, just stop at 5, take the 21km badge and be happy. Then my spirit spoke up and said, I can do all things. And then that do-just-the-minimum part of me said, that's right! That's what you're focusing on right now - Philippians 4:13 - and you can share this experience. 

God's Word is true, and if we meditate on it so that it gets down into our spirits, we'll believe it. And if we believe it, we own it and can live it out. Witness.
